THE SANTA EXPERIENCE
Monday – Saturday: 11am–7pm (Break 3–4pm)
Sunday: 12–6pm (Break 3–3:30pm)
Daily: 11am–8pm (Break 3–4pm)
10am–5pm (Break 2–2:30pm)
Santa visits are walk-in only! No reservation required.
Santa will be sitting in his sleigh in Promotional Court waiting to hear your child’s wish list and pose for photos. New this year, will be a setup that allows for physical distancing. The kids (or whole family!) will be positioned six feet in front of Santa for all photos. Face coverings are required by all guests, all staff, and Santa himself! Face covering must be worn before, during, and after the Santa experience. Regardless of government mandates at the time of your visit, we are prioritizing the health and safety of everyone all season by keeping masks mandatory.
Please also note, due to no physical contact with Santa this year, infants must be held by parents/guardians during photos.

Please also note, there will be no physical contact with Santa this year. This includes sitting on Santa’s lap, hugging Santa, etc. Parents, we ask that you please have this discussion with your children prior to arrival so they know what to expect.

Santa will not be handing anything to families this year, but special coupons will be available as you exit the Santa experience. Each guest will be asked to use the provided hand sanitizing station prior to entering the set, as well as, encouraged to use it again at the exit. We have worked very closely with the local health officials and our retailers to ensure the highest level of safety during your visit.
